1. The short version
OraOrb uses your account information to let you sign in, voice and conversation data to create Ora’s responses, birth details for optional chart features, and device information to connect and maintain the Orb. Specialized service providers process parts of that information.
Important: Raw voice audio is processed by Alibaba Cloud DashScope in the Beijing region of China. Conversation text and context are relayed through AiHubMix to OpenAI. Ora’s generated response text is sent to xAI for speech synthesis.

3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking.
- We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
- We do not continuously record through the iPhone app.
- We do not store the Wi-Fi password in the OraOrb server database.
- We do not claim that every third-party AI provider offers zero retention or no-training terms unless we have verified that commitment.
4. Your controls
- Edit profile and birth details in the app.
- Unbind your Orb.
- Delete your account in the app.
- Start an account-deletion request from the web page.
- Contact hi@roleage.ai about access, correction, or deletion.
OraOrb does not currently offer automated data export or a user-facing screen for viewing and deleting individual memory items.
5. App consent
This website explains the current data flow. Before personal data is sent to third-party AI services, the OraOrb app must also present a clear in-app disclosure and obtain affirmative permission. Website disclosure alone is not a substitute for in-app consent.
