Delete in the appOpen OraOrb → Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm. This is the fastest path when you can still sign in.
Request deletion by emailEmail us from the address associated with your OraOrb account. You do not need to reinstall or open the app.
Verify account ownershipWe may ask you to complete an email verification step before processing the request.

I understand that deletion is irreversible.

What to expect
- Deletion is intended to be immediate and irreversible once your request is verified.
- Your authentication record, profile, saved chat, memory, birth profile, journey data, and Orb binding are removed from active account systems.
- Operational and diagnostic records may remain until automatic cleanup, generally no longer than 30 days.
- Information already processed by third-party service providers may be subject to their own retention practices and may not be retrievable by ROLENEO LLC.
- If you later return, you may create a new account with the same email, but deleted history will not be restored.

Do not include a verification code in your first email. OraOrb Support will never ask you to send a one-time login code in plain text to an unknown address.
